Who we are

This site belongs to House of Honey Co LLC. When this policy says "we" or "us," that is who we mean. You can reach us any time at hello@houseohoneyco.com.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to share with us. That falls into two buckets:

  • When you fill out the contact form, we receive your name, your email, your company or practice if you add it, and whatever you write in the message.
  • When you book a call, the scheduling page collects your name and email so we can send the invite, the confirmation, and a reminder.

We do not run advertising trackers on this site, and we do not build profiles on you for marketing.

Why we collect it

To reply to you, to schedule and hold the call, and to talk through whether we are a good fit to work together. That is the whole list. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

The services that help us run this

A few trusted providers process this information on our behalf, only so the site and our email can function:

  • Our website and the contact form are hosted by Netlify, which receives form submissions and passes them to us.
  • Our email and our scheduling page run on Google Workspace, so messages and bookings arrive in our inbox and calendar.

These providers handle your data under their own privacy terms and only to provide their service to us.

How long we keep it

We hold on to your message and contact details for as long as it takes to help you, and for a reasonable record of our conversation after that. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

Your choices

Email us at hello@houseohoneyco.com and we will tell you what we have, correct it, or delete it. No hoops.

Children

This site is meant for businesses and the people who run them. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and move the date at the top. Nothing here is meant to be a trap or a moving target.
