Our background is in running the back office of real businesses, in two very different worlds. Both taught us the same thing: when a week feels heavier than it should, it is rarely the people. It is usually one handoff nobody had time to build.
Fifteen years in agencies

What does it cost?
Every project is a fixed price, quoted up front, so you know the number before we start. The first call is free. Most clients start with the operations audit, which is a flat fee.
Do I need to be technical?
No. Most of our clients are experts in their own field, not in software, and that is how it should be. We explain everything in plain language and write the instructions so a new hire could follow them.
How long does it take?
The audit takes two to three weeks. Most single builds are done in three to six weeks.
Will I have to buy new software?
Usually not. We build in the tools you already pay for when they fit. If a change would help, we tell you before we build, not after.
What if I am not sure what I need?
Most people are not, and that is exactly what the free call is for. Tell us about your week and you will leave with a clear recommendation, whether or not we work together.
Do I own what you build?
Yes. You own the system and the documentation. If you ever part ways with us, everything keeps running.
